Established in 1996, SHoP/Sharples Holden Pasquarelli is an emerging design firm with 5 partners whose education and experience encompass architecture, fine arts, structural engineering, finance and business management. In addition to design talent, the firm is at the forefront of employing technology transfer solutions that enable pre-fabrication of building components directly from design drawings.
SHoP has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Emerging Voices Award by the Architectural League of New York, the Academy Award in Architecture, a P/A Citation Award, the annual Museum of Modern Art and P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center Young Architect's Award, and most recently a finalist for the Architecture Design Award for the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards Program.
