Bijou properties is committed to incorporating sustainable design and construction into its projects. The firm is currently completing the renovation of the former Hostess Company bakery building into a prime retail property. Tenants include the New York Sports Club, Washington Mutual Bank, and CVS pharmacy.

The firm has also begun the renovation on another adaptive reuse of a historic building into 30 high-end condominium loft units. Completion is scheduled for spring 2008.
