When it comes to Bijou Properties' commitment to the revitalization and restoration of Hoboken, look no further than the former Hostess Cupcake Factory at the North End of the city.

Bystanders saw a dilapidated eyesore. Bijou saw a work of art worth preserving. Instead of tearing the building down, as many suggested, Bijou Properties breathed new life into the building with a total renovation. The restored 42,000 square foot Hostess Factory is home to the New York Sports Club, Chase Bank and a CVS Pharmacy.

After an extensive total adaptive reuse renovation, designed by Dean Marchetto Architects P.C., the Hostess Factory is not only a reminder of what once was in this beautiful part of Hoboken, but is a glimpse into what can be – through the eyes of Bijou Properties.

The building is also home to Hoboken's very first green "living roof." In fact, the beautiful sedum plant-covered roof can be seen on Google Earth.
