This property at the north end of Hoboken was for a number of years a bakery for the Hostess Company. The historic building fell into disrepair but is currently being carefully restored and converted to a prime retail facility.
Bijou Properties has undertaken a total renovation including all new interiors, roof, windows, and building systems. The renovation techniques exemplify the philosophy of adaptive re-use in an urban environment, placing a deteriorated property back into use and creating value to the community.
