The firm has achieved recognition for successfully redeveloping urban properties and for the adaptive reuse of a former industrial and warehouse buildings along the Hudson River waterfront.

Lawrence Bijou, managing partner of the firm, has over 20 years experience in the renovation and development of properties in New Jersey
and New York.

Current projects include the renovation of a former warehouse building in Hoboken, NJ to 30 high-end condominium units to be completed in 2007.

The firm is also presently converting a historic building, known as the Hostess Building, to a first-class retail property which will include a health club, bank and other quality retail uses.
